We want you to be completely satisfied with your Parfums de Marly purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been unsealed or used.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge Team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened product in its original box and include the provided RMA slip to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
